perfect spot for exploring blackpool's attractions and parks
I had a lovely stay at this guest house, with a very clean, comfortable triple room and a superb breakfast that prepared me for a day of walking. also, it's just a short stroll to iconic spots like the blackpool tower and the beautiful stanley park, all within easy reach which made my weekend so enjoyable.

Very clean high chairs for the baby.

Consider asking for a room on a lower floor to avoid noise from neighboring guests, especially if you're a light sleeper.

Warm and welcoming hosts made us feel at home.
Unfortunately, we experienced quite a bit of noise in our room due to the thin walls, which made it hard to get a good night's sleep. On top of that, our room was a bit dusty on arrival, with some areas clearly needing a better clean. The location for parking was also quite inconvenient. although there was a nearby car park, it would have been nice to have had options right outside the guest house.

All good, fulfills its purpose. Rooms are cosy and have a kettle with tea and coffee.

missingWrote a review on Sept 06cozy atmospherevariety of meatcleanliness issuescramped roomnoise disturbance
The property had a cozy atmosphere, and the breakfast featured a decent variety of meat options, which was appreciated. cleanliness was a major concern, with dirty bathroom facilities and stained sheets significantly detracting from the experience. The room was cramped, and the awkward layout made it challenging to move comfortably, especially when using the toilet. Noise from neighboring rooms also disrupted the quiet ambiance one would hope for.

Had a lovely stay with a cozy double room that had all the essentials. A nice kettle and refreshments. I really liked how there was a bar area to unwind and a simple breakfast that hit the spot. Only downside was the cleanliness could've been a bit better, but it didn’t take away from our good time! 😊

cozy, cozy, cozy
I stayed in a Double Room with Private Bathroom, and it was absolutely perfect for our quick getaway! The room was impeccably clean, and I loved the fresh, quality breakfast that Lee served—it was cooked to perfection! Lee and Laura made us feel at home from the moment we arrived, and their warm hospitality was the cherry on top of our stay.
totally recommend 😊❤️
